Welcome to The Brook Hill School’s Online Application! We are excited about your interest in our school and have designed our inquiry and application process to be as simple as possible.

Login and Create A New Student Application for your student. A non-refundable fee of $50 for Day students and $100 for Boarding/International students must be submitted with each application.
Required Supplemental Forms:
All supplemental forms can be submitted via email.
- Copy Birth Certificate or Social Security Card
- Copy of Immunization Records
- Texas Minimum State Vaccine Requirements : Must be submitted in English (citizens of Mexico must provide original vaccination records).
- International Students, a copy of immunization records is required along with this immunization form.

- LOWER SCHOOL FORMS:
- Records Release Form (Lower School)- send to current or most recent school
- Teacher Recommendation Form (PK-K)
- Teacher Recommendation Form (1st-5th)
- Principal/Counselor Recommendation Form (2nd-5th)
- MIDDLE/UPPER SCHOOL FORMS:
Please note that our boarding program is open to domestic and international students entering grades 8-12 only. For more information about boarding, please click here.
Once the application has been submitted, you will be able to track your student’s admissions status at each step of the application process by logging into your account.
Upon completion of the Online Application and submission of all supplemental forms, The Brook Hill Admissions Committee will review the application and notify your family regarding acceptance.
